Refund policy
At The Breastie, we are dedicated to making sure our customers love every product and every interaction with us!
If the item is defective or has been damaged by mistake on our part, we will issue a refund for both the delivery and return shipping charge. The refund is issued back in the same form as the original payment within 5 to 10 days.
We can’t accept liability for any shipping loss or damage to returned goods. International taxes, fees and duties are not refundable. Contact the local customs office for international refund claims.
Products must all be returned in their original condition with tags attached and the original order packing slip in the return package. Do not combine returns for multiple orders.
We reserve our right to refuse any returns that do not meet the criteria or to customers who misuse or abuse this policy.
REFUNDS
We notify you once your return is received and inspected if your return is acceptable. This could take 5 to 10 business days from the date the return tracking shows Delivered.
If your return is accepted, the refund is processed and applied to the original payment method.
Refunds could take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement because of financial organizations' varying processing times.
SHIPPING FEES
Outbound shipping fees for original orders are not refundable.
