Important:  Do not use on skin that is sunburned, sensitive, irritated or has open cuts.  If you experience a burning sensation, remove the product immediately.

  • How to Use The Breastie Tape

    Step One:  
    Clean & dry skin - Clean dry skin is important for easy application of The Breastie tape.

    Step Two:  
    Cover your nipples - It is highly recommended to use nipple covers for sensitive nipples and for easy removal of The Breastie tape.

    Step Three:  
    Measure & Cut - Position The Breastie tape in the desired area.

    Step Four:  
    Apply & Re-apply - Start by placing the end of The Breastie tape on the side of or under the breast and gently stretch the tape onto your skin. If you apply incorrectly, you will need start a new piece tape for maximum hold.

    Step Five:  
    Peek-A-Boo - Use scissors to remove any visible excess tape to achieve a perfect look for your outfit.

    Step Six:
    Remove me – It is strongly recommended that you use moisturizer or coconut oil to weaken the tape.  Slowly and painlessly pull off the tape.

  • How to Use Nipple Covers

    Step One:  
    Cleanse your nipples before using product.

    Step Two:  
    Apply product directly over your nipples.

    Step Three:  
    Easy to remove.  Gently press down on nipple area and slowly peel the nipple cover off.

  • How to Use Double-Sided Tape

    Step One:  
    Apply to clean skin. 

    Step Two:  
    Make sure skin is free of powders and oils. 

    Step Three:  
    Place tape on inside edge of clothing in desired position.

    Step Four:  
    Remove the protective liner from tape and press tape-lined clothing firmly to skin.
